Darba tirgus analīze Latvijā, tās republikas pilsētās un rajonos

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir “ Darba tirgus analīze Latvijā, tās republikas pilsētās un rajonos”. Ņemot vērā šobrīd pastāvošo sarežģīto situāciju Latvijas darba tirgū, kas nepārprotami nenodrošina līdzsvara stāvokli starp darbaspēka piedāvājumu un pieprasījumu, ir svarīgi analizēt darba tirgus situāciju, to raksturojošos rādītājus ne tikai Latvijas mērogā, bet arī sīkāk, republikas pilsētās un rajonos. Tādēļ maģistra darba mērķis ir izstrādāt metodi, kas parādītu iespējamās problēmas katrā teritoriālajā vienībā un izceltu pozitīvās tendences. Autore rekomendē ar metodes pielietošanas palīdzību iegūtos rezultātus turpmāk izmantot šo teritoriju attīstības plānu izstrādē. Maģistra darba apjoms ir 105 lpp. Darbā iekļautas 9 tabulas un 31 attēls, kā arī pievienoti 38 pielikumi. The theme of the Master’s work is „Labor Market Analysis in Latvia, its Republic Cities and Areas”. Considering the currently complicated situation in the Latvian labor market which undoubtedly does not allow for balance between the offer and demand of labor force, it is important to analyze the labor market, its characteristics, not only countrywide, but also in the regions and the cities. Therefore, the objective of the Master's work is to develop a method which would identify the problems in each territorial unit and would highlight the positive trends. The author recommends using the results of this research for future development plans of these territories. The volume of the Master's work is 105 pages including 9 tables, 31 figures and 38 attachments.
