Monitoringa un kontroles sistēmas loģistikas uzņēmumā

Abstract

Monitoringa un kontroles sistēmas ir ļoti aktuālas ikvienam loģistikas uzņēmumam, kas vēlas veiksmīgi darboties mūsdienu konkurences apstākļos. Tā kā katra uzņēmuma mērķis ir gūt, pēc iespējas, lielāku peļņu un loģistika ir būtiska un neatņemama sastāvdaļa jebkurā ražošanas, transporta vai ekspedīcijas uzņēmumā, tāpēc obligāti jāizmanto iespēju apstrādāt un attēlot svarīgu informāciju jaunos un nesen neredzētos veidos. Monitoringa un kontroles sistēmas kopumā kā efektīvs instruments tiek izmantots dažādu ar loģistiku saistītu jautājumu risināšanā, kurš ļauj definēt loģistikas sistēmas elementu attiecības, noteikt likumsakarības, modelēt un prognozēt situācijas. Rezultāti parādīja, ka kontroles galvenie problēmu iemesli ir analīžu trūkumi, kā arī mūsdienīgās datortehnoloģijas neizmantošana. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 77 lapaspuses, 5 tabulas, 38 attēli un 17 izmantotie literatūras avoti. Atslēgvārdi: loģistika, kontrole, resursi, izmaksas, sekošanas sistēma, transporta uzņēmums.

Monitoring and control systems are very important to every logistics company that wants to thrive in today's competitive environment. Since every company's goal is to obtain, if possible, more profit, the logistics is an essential and integral part of any production, transport and forwarding company, therefore, it must be able to process and display important information in new and recently unseen ways. Monitoring and control systems, in general, is an effective tool used in various logistics-related issues, which allows you to define the logistical elements of the system relationships, identify patterns, to model and predict the situation. The results showed that the main problem of control is the lack of analysis, as well as modern computer technology non-use.
