Mūsdienās daudzi ir aizmirsuši, ka pirms 20-30 gadiem pasaules ekonomika piedzīvoja milzu izmaiņas, kad divas komunistiskās valstis – Ķīna un Padomju Savienība – izlēma uzsākt ekonomisko pāreju no komandekonomikas uz tirgus ekonomiku. Diplomdarba pētījuma mērķis ir analizēt divu ekonomiskās reformas stratēģiju atšķirīgo ietekmi uz uzņēmējdarbības procesiem valstij pārejot no komandekonomikas uz tirgus ekonomiku. Lai analizētu un aprakstītu reformu ietekmi uz uzņēmējdarbību, tiek izmantots Ķīnas un Padomju Savienības ekonomisko reformu piemērs. Izmantojot pieejamo literatūru un valstu statistiku un ekonomiskos rādītājus, darbā tiek secināts, ka pakāpeniskās jeb step-by-step reformas izmantošana sniedz labākus rezultātus nekā radikālā jeb šoka terapijas reforma.
Diplomdarba apjoms ir 93 lpp., tajā ievietots 21 attēls un 10 tabulas. Darba izstrādē izmantoti 97 literatūras avoti. The aim of the graduation paper is to analyze the influence of two strategies of economic reform on entrepreneurship when country is shifting from command economy to market economy. To analyze and describe the influence of reforms author uses the examples of economic reforms in China and Soviet Union. With the help of the available literature and statistics and economic data of the two countries, the paper concludes that better results are achieved with the gradual transition strategy rather that the shock therapy.
There are 93 pages, 21 picture and 10 tables in the paper. In the preparation of the graduation paper 96 sources were used. Key words: economic reform, shock therapy, step-by-step, China, perestroika
