SIA "Spektrs Z" saimnieciskās darbības analīze un novērtējums

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma „SIA „Spektrs Z” saimnieciskās darbības analīze un novērtējums” izvēlēta jo , jebkurai sabiedrībai ir svarīgi veikt finansiālās darbības analīzi, lai varētu sasniegt pēc iespējas labākus saimnieciskās darbības rādītājus. Diplomdarba mērķis ir analizēt sabiedrības (uzņēmuma) SIA „Spektrs Z” gada pārskatus no 2010.gada līdz 2012.gadam, izpētīt sabiedrības (uzņēmuma) saimniecisko darbību,tā attīstību, pamatojoties uz teorētisko un praktisko materiāla pamata. Diplomdarbs sastāv no ievada, divām nodaļām un apakšnodaļām, secinājumiem, priekšlikumiem, izmantotās literatūras saraksta un pielikumiem. Diplomdarba pirmajā nodaļā tiek raksturotas sabiedrības saimnieciskās analīzes teorētiskais apskats. Otrajā nodaļa tika veltīta sabiedrības vispārīgajam raksturojumam, kā arī tiek izpētīta sabiedrības personāla un SVID analīze, aprēķināti likviditātes, līdzekļu aprites, rentabilitātes, maksātspējas rādītāji. Diploma theme “Ltd” Spektrs Z“Economic Analysis and Evaluation” was chosen so that any entity (company) is important for the analysis of the financial activities in order to achieve the best possible economic performance. Diploma thesis is to analyze the company (enterprise) Ltd “Spektrs Z “annual reports from 2010 to 2012, to investigate companies (company's) business operations, its development on the basis of theoretical and practical material basis. Diploma thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters and the adjoining subdivision, conclusions, proposals, bibliography and appendices. Diploma first chapter describes the company (the company) an analysis of the theoretical review.The second chapter was devoted to the public (business) general characteristics, which has been considered the main business lines in order to have an idea of how the company operates, as well as explored in this chapter are public (corporate) staff analysis and SWOT analysis, financial statements
