Bakalaura darbā „Latvijas pensiju sistēmas problēmas” autore veic izpēti par pensijas sistēmas vēsturi, apskata Latvijas pensijas sistēmas izveidi un problēmas.
Pētījuma problēmas būtība ir tas, ka pensionāru skaits Latvijā un Pasaulē pieaug ar katru gadu un tas draud ar to, ka esošā pensijas sistēma bez izmaiņām nevarēs kvalitatīvi izpildīt savas funkcijas nākotnē.
Pētījuma mērķis ir balstoties uz LR u.c. valstu pensiju sistēmu analīzi izstrādāt Latvijas pensijas sistēmas problēmu atrisināšanas rekomendācijas.
Galvenie uzdevumi bija:
•Iepazīties ar pensijas vēsturi, būtību, attīstību pasaulē.
•Iepazīties ar pensijas sistēmām citās valstis (raksturojums, atšķirības).
•Konstatēt Latvijas pensiju sistēmas problēmas, kā arī izstrādātiespējamus problēmu risinājumus.
Pētījuma galvenie rezultāti ir priekšlikumi iespējamiem problēmas risinājumiem un ar to saistītām aktivitātēm.
Būtiskākais secinājums ir tas, ka ir nepieciešams izstrādāt un veikt plānotas aktivitātes ar mērķi pielāgot Bachelor work "Latvian pension system problems" author is studying on the retirement system's history, reviewing the Latvian pension system and its problems.
Main problem in the study is that the number of pensioners in Latvia and world is increasing every year and it threatens the fact that the current pension scheme without changes will not be able to respond efficiently to their function in the future.
The study was based on the LR, etc. national pension systems analysis provide problem-solving recommendations.
The main tasks were:
• Get acquainted with the retirement system history, main ideaand development situation in the world.
• Refer to the pension systems in other countries (also find the characteristics of the differences).
• Identify the Latvian pension system problems and to develop possible solutions to problems.
The main results of the study are suggested possible solutions to the problem and its related activities.
