Eiropas Savienības sociālā fonda apmācību atbalsta programmu efektivitātes novērtējums Nodarbinātības valsts aģentūrā
Abstract
Maģistra darba nosaukums ir Eiropas Savienības sociālā fonda apmācību atbalsta programmu efektivitātes novērtējums Nodarbinātības valsts aģentūrā.
Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt Nodarbinātības valsts aģentūras Eiropas Savienības sociālā fonda ietvaros īstenoto apmācību programmu organizēšanas un īstenošanas efektivitāti un noteikt nepieciešamos pilnveides pasākumus.
Darbā izdarītie secinājumi un noteiktie pilnveides pasākumi tiks prezentēti Nodarbinātības valsts aģentūras atbildīgajiem darbiniekiem, kuri autora darbu varēs izmantot kā informācijas avotu apmācību pasākumu pilnveides priekšlikumu izstrādei.
Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi, autors izvirza šādus uzdevumus:
1.apskatīt Eiropas Savienības struktūrfondu fondu ietekmi uz Latvijas ekonomiku;
2.izpētīt, kādā veidā tiek realizēti Eiropas Sociālā fonda projekti Latvijā;
3.sniegt Nodarbinātības valsts aģentūras vispārīgu raksturojumu un apskatīt Nodarbinātības valsts aģentūras Eiropas Sociālā fonda īstenotos projektus;
4.izanalizē The title of the master's thesis is The Assessment of the Efficiency of Education Support Programmes of European Social Fund at the State Employment Agency.
The objective of the master's thesis is to research the efficiency of organization and implementation of educational programmes implemented within the framework of European Social Fund support at the State Employment Agency and to determine the required measures for the improvement of efficiency thereof.
The conclusions drawn as a result of the research work and the measures for improvement of efficiency will be presented to the responsible personnel of the State Employment Agency, who will be able to use the work of the author as a source of information in order to develop the proposals for improvement of the educational measures.
In order to reach the objective of the work, the following tasks have been defined by the author:
