Pensiju 3.līmeņa attīstība Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats „Pensiju 3. līmeņa attīstība Latvijā”. Temata aktualitāti nosaka priekšrocības un iespējas, ko Latvijas iedzīvotājiem dod piedalīšanās privātajos pensiju plānos. Lai gan sasniedzot pensionēšanās vecumu iedzīvotāji saņem valsts garantēto pensiju, tomēr tās apjoms, nav pietiekams, lai bezrūpīgi pavadītu savas vecumdienas, tāpēc Latvijas iedzīvotajiem ir pieejami privātie pensiju fondi, ar kura palīdzību var parūpēties par savu vecumdienu nodrošināšanu. Darba mērķis ir analizēt Latvijas iedzīvotāju aktivitāti piedalīties pensiju sistēmas 3. līmenī, pensiju plānu darbību un finansiālos rādītājus, kā arī novērtēt iepriekšējo gadu un šā brīža situāciju privāto pensijas fondu nozarē. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trīs daļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek apskatīta pensiju sistēmas izveides vēsture, pensiju sistēmas reformas nepieciešamība, ka arī sīkāk apskatīts pensiju 1. un 2. līmenis.

The theme of Bachelor’s thesis is „Development of the third pension level in Latvia.” Actuality of topic is an advantage and opportunity, that is offered by Latvian residents to participate in private pension plans. Residents receive state guaranteed pension when they reach the retirement age, but its amount is not enough to spend their old age carelessly, so the Latvian residents has access for private pension funds, which can be used to take care of their old ages. The aim of the Bachelor is to analyse the activity of the Latvian residents for participation in the the third pension level, pension plan activity and financial results, and evaluate the previous years and the current situation of the private pension fund industry. Bachelor consist of three parts. The first part deals with the pension system development history, the need for reform of the pension system, and viewed the first and second levels of pension.
