Abstract

Darbā tiek raksturota maizes un konditorejas ražošanas un tirdzniecības uzņēmuma specializēto firmas veikalu darbība, analizēti pozitīvie momenti un trūkumi tajā, kā arī izstrādāti priekšlikumi specializēto firmas veikalu darbības efektivitātes un finansiālo rezultātu uzlabošanai. Pirmajā nodaļā ir vispārīgs uzņēmuma raksturojums, īpašu uzmanību pievēršot specializētajiem firmas veikaliem. Master thesis provide a comprehensive analyses of possibilities for improving operating efficiency and financial performance of specialized store chain of company who’s field of business is production and retail sale of bread and confectionery products; the strength and weaknesses are discussed. Description of the company with focus on specialized store chain is presented in the first section. Second section is dedicated to overall analysis of financial indicators and identification of potential problems of company’s specialized store chain. The third section consists of detailed analysis of specialized store chain’s financial performance, factors influencing it, practical proposals for improvement of performance for company’s specialized store chain.
