Komunikācijas pilnveides iespējas uzņēmumā SIA“Intrum Justitia Software Development Centre”

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā autors noskaidro un raksturo, kādi ir komunikāciju veidi un kādus komunikācijas veidus izmanto organizācija SIA “Intrum Justitia Software Development Centre”, un kādas ir problēmas uzņēmuma komunikācijas procesā. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, izvirzīti šādi uzdevumi: no teorētiskā viedokļa izpētīt un aprakstīt komunikācijas veidus organizācijā, komunikāciju organizēšanu un vadītāja lomu komunikācijā, praktiskajā daļā veikt pētījumu, analizēt tā rezultātus, izstrādāt secinājumus un priekšlikumus. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no divām teorētiskajām nodaļām – Vadītāja loma komunikācijas procesā un Uzņēmuma apraksts, komunikācijas nepieciešamība – un pētījuma nodaļas. Teorētiskajās nodaļās ir izpētītas teorētiskās nostādnes un zinātnieku viedokļi un uzņēmuma apraksts, pētījuma nodaļā ir pētījuma metodes un analizēti pētījuma rezultāti. The author in this thesis identifies and characterizes what are forms of communication in general, and which forms of communication are used in the organization SIA “Intrum Justitia Software Development Centre”, and what kind of problems in communication has organization. To achieve the goal following tasks were accomplished: from the theoretical point of view to research and describe means of communication in the organization, communication arranging and role of a manager in communication; in the practical part to make a research, analyze the results and to draw conclusions and proposals. Bachelor thesis consists of two theoretical chapters - Communication and managers’ role in communication - and a chapter of practical research. Theoretical chapters explores the theoretical approaches and opinions of scientists, describe the company; the research chapter, the study's methods and analyzes the results of the study.
