Elektronisko dokumentu izmantošana tirdzniecībā

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt EDI/XML pielietošanas iespējas tirdzniecības jomā un parādīt, kādā veidā ir iespējama automatizētā informācijas aprite starp dažādām programmatūras sistēmām, kā arī analizēt, kā elektroniskā datu apmaiņa ļauj samazināt dokumentu apstrādes laiku un ar to saistītās izmaksas. Maģistra darbs ietver trīs nodaļas, kas attiecīgi veidoto darba struktūru. Pirmā nodaļa sniedz teorētisku informāciju par elektroniskajiem dokumentiem un e-parakstu. Otrajā nodaļā ir apskatīta elektroniskā datu apmaiņa starp uzņēmumiem. Trešajā nodaļā ir izpētītas EDI/XML sistēmu ieviešanas iespējas.

A master's degree work purpose is to explore possibility of usage EDI/XML systems in commerce, show how is possible automatic data transaction between various software systems, and also to analyse, how electronic data interchange allows decreasing time, which is needed to process documents and reducing costs. Master's degree work contains three parts, which formed work structure. The first chapter gives theoretical information about electronic documents and electronic signature. In is the second chapter examined electronic data interchange between companies. There are introduction of the EDI/XML systems possibilities in the third department.
