Daphnia magna izmantošana sintētisko mazgāšanas līdzekļu ietekmes noteikšanā ūdeņu ekosistēmās

Abstract

Darba būtība ir sadzīvē biežāk lietoto sintētisko mazgāšanas līdekļu biotestēšana uz ūdensorganismu Daphnia magna, izmantojot konkrētu starptautisko ISO testu. Darba teorētiskā daļa satur pamatinformāciju par biotestēšanu, tās nozīmi, kā arī īsumā apraksta virsmas aktīvās vielas un citus komponentus, kurus satur sintētiskie mazgāšanas līdzekļi. Praktiskajā daļā redzami eksperimentu rezultāti, uz kuriem balstoties novērtēti un salīdzināti izmantotie produkti gan pēc ķīmiskā sastāva, gan pēc eksperimentos noteiktās LC50-jeb letālās dozas 50% testa organismu. Daphnia magna ir pamatbarība lielākajai daļai ūdensdzīvnieku, tādēļ ir svarīgi zināt, kā to ietekmē ūdens baseinos nonākusī sadzīves ķīmija.

The substance of this work is bioassay of most common detergents using a special international ISO Standard. The theorethical part of the work contains basic informaton about bioassay, its adavantages and also a short description of surfactants and other compounds of detergents. Technical part is the results of the eksperiments making the comparative material of the products used in this work detergents is compared by the ingredients and LC50 or lethal dose, estimated in these eksperiments. Daphnia magna is the basic food of most wateranimals so it is very important to know the impact on it caused by household chemistry.
