Fiziskās vides loma publisko ārtelpu sociālās dzīves veidošanā: Telavivas Goldas Meiras kultūras un mākslas centra apkārtnes piemērs

Abstract

Maģistra darba pamatā ir uzskats, ka uz cilvēka un fiziskās vides mijiedarbību, iespējams lūkoties, kā uz sava veida dialogu, kurš sevī ietver plaša rakstura informāciju un ir viens no atslēgas elementiem pilsētvides kvalitātes un dzīves kvalitātes uztveres paaugstināšanai. Pieņēmuma teorētiskai un lietišķai pārbaudei, tiek izvērtēta fiziskās vides loma publiskās ārtelpas sociālās dzīves veidošanā, balstoties uz tiešo un netiešo novērojumu metodi, Telavivas Goldas Meiras kultūras un mākslas centra apkārtnes gadījumā. Pētījuma rezultāti piedāvā pētījuma teritorijas novērtējumu, informāciju par publiskās ārtelpas izmantošanu un tās raksturu, lietotājiem un iespējamiem uzvedības modeļu cēloņiem, kā arī iezīmē aprises citiem pētījumu virzieniem un ieteikumus pilsētvides veidošanas procesam.

Master thesis is based on opinion that it is possible to look at the interaction between physical environment and human beings as a dialogue, which contains useful information and could be considered as one of the key elements in improvement of urban environment and perception of the quality of life. For theoretical and practical testing of this opinion, the role of urban design in framing social life of public spaces in Golda Meir Cultural and Art center area using direct and indirect observation, is beeing tested. Results offer an evaluation of the research area, information about the usage of public spaces and the nature of it, as well as information about the users, possible causes of observed behaviour and suggest further research directions and proposals for the improvement of urban environment.
