Kultūras un dabas pieminekļu izvietojums un aizsardzība Zemgales reģionā

Abstract

Kultūras un dabas mantojuma aizsardzība ir sabiedriski aktuāls, bet ģeogrāfiski maz pētīts jautājums. Kultūras un dabas mantojuma aizsardzība ir cieši saistīta ar vienu no cilvēces dzīves nākotnes plānošanas ideju – ilgtspējīgu attīstību, kura pēdējā laikā ir ļoti aktuāla problēma visā pasaulē. Ilgtspējīga attīstība tiek vērsta uz apkārtējās vides saglabāšanu nākamajām paaudzēm, kur apkārtējo vidi viedo kultūras un dabas mantojuma objekti. Bakalaura darbs “ Kultūras un dabas pieminekļu ievietojums un aizsardzība Zemgales reģionā “ sastāv no trīs nodaļām. Pirmā nodaļa sastāv no teorētiskā materiāla, kur tiek stāstīts par kultūras un dabas mantojuma jēdzienu, aizsardzību un vērtību. Otrajā nodaļā tiek izklāstīts materiāls par Zemgales reģiona izdalīšanu un identitāti, kura ietver sevī Zemgales kultūras un dabas identitātes raksturojumu. Trešā un svarīgākā nodaļa ietver sevī pētāmā darba rezultāta izklāstu un analīzi. Šajā nodaļā autors analizē apsekotās teritorijas reālo situāciju kultūras un dabas pieminekļu aizsardzības stāvokli un izvietojuma likumsakarības Zemgales reģionā, apsekotā teritorija ietvēra sevī – Tukuma, Dobeles, Jelgavas un Bauskas rajonus. Kopumā tika apskatīts 61 kultūras mantojuma objekts, ievākta informācija par 7 dabas pieminekļiem. Katrs kultūras piemineklis tika novērtēts ar speciāli izveidotu kultūras mantojuma aizsardzības stāvokļa novērtējuma veidlapu .Autors izveidoja 10 grafikus, ievietojot tajos dažādu informāciju par kultūras mantoja aizsardzības pašreizējo stāvokli apsekotajā teritorijā. Tika izveidota karte ar apsekotajiem kultūras pieminekļiem un to tehniskajiem stāvokļiem.

The preservation and protections of cultural and natural monuments in Latvia is socially outstanding problem. However it is very little explored from geographical point of view. The protection of cultural and natural monuments has always been strongly related to one of human being and future planning idea – long term development. Even thought recently it has been a very popular problem all over the world. Long term development in this perspective is focused on environmental preservation and protection for next generation. This diploma work “Spread and Protection of Cultural and Natural Monuments in Zemgale Region” includes three main chapters. First chapters shows wide theoretical base, which tells readers the definition of cultural and naturals monuments, explains its protections and value. Second chapter expounds and explains the identity of Zemgale region and its significance in protection of cultural and natural monuments in Latvia. Third and most important chapter presents to readers layout and analysis of this diploma work objects - the protection of cultural and natural monuments. In this chapter author provides readers with analysis of expected territories real situation, status of protections of cultural and natural monuments in inspected area, and spread regularity. In Zemgale region inspected areas, where – Tukums, Dobele, Jelgava and Bauska area. In total – 61 objects of cultural monuments where inspected and 7 naturals monuments where described. Each monument, cultural and natural was evaluated in special cultural and naturals monuments evaluation table. Author presented 10 graphs with additional information in each graph. Special map, which includes inspected cultural and natural monuments in addition with their technical descriptions was created and presented to readers of this diploma work.
