Ķīmisko elementu noteikšanas iespējas medikamentos un uztura bagātinātājos ar viļņu dispersijas rentgenspektrometrijas metodi

Abstract

Darba tēma : „Ķīmisko elementu noteikšanas iespējas medikamentos un uztura bagātinātājos ar viļņu dispersijas rentgenspektrometrijas metodi”. Šādu tēmu autore izvēlējās, jo uzskata par aktuālu to, ka farmācijas nozare plaši izplatās medikamentu ražošanā, un atbilstoši ir audzis arī to patēriņš, līdz ar to radusies nepieciešamība kontrolēt ar medikamentiem uzņemto ķīmisko elementu daudzumus, it sevišķi smago elementu saturu plaši lietotajos medikamentos. Par darba mērķi autore izvirza izpētīt kādus ķīmiskos elementus ir iespējams noteikt ar viļņu dispersijas rentgenspektrometrijas metodi medikamentos un uztura bagātinātājos. Lai sasniegtu mērķi tiek izvirzīti šādi uzdevumi: 1.apkopot informāciju par rentgenspektrometriju kā elementu noteikšanas metodi; 2.apgūt praktiskas iemaņas darbam ar rentgenspektrometru S8 TIGER; 3.noteikt kādus ķīmiskos elementus satur medikamenti un uztura bagātinātāji.; 4.analizēt un apkopot ķīmisko elementu sastāvu – medikamentos un uztura bagātinātājos, izdarīt secinājumus par katalizatoru metālu esamību analizētajos preparātos. Darbā tiek izanalizēti 89 preparāti, kuros netika atklāti būtiski pārkāpumi, jo tā ir tikai maza daļa no preparātiem, ko cilvēki mūsdienās lieto un to daudzums ikdienas pieaug, tamdēļ tas nemaina šīs tēmas aktualitāti.

The theme of paper: ‘'The ability of determination the chemical elements in the medicaments and supplements with wave dispersion x-ray spectrometer method.‘’ Author chose such theme, because that she considers that this theme is current, that the pharmaceutics field currently are widely developing in the medicament production, and accordingly its consumption has grown. Wherewith has appeared the need to control the amount of chemical elements, received with the medicaments, especially the content of the heavy elements in the widely used medicaments. About the aim of this paper the author brings forward the researches of the chemical elements, which can be detected in the medicaments and supplements with the wave dispersion x-ray spectrometer method. To bring forward the aim, is being propose such tasks: 1. summarize the information about the x-ray spectrometry as the element detection method; 2. to acquire the skills for the work with the x-ray spectrometer S8 TIGER; 3. to determine which chemical elements contain the medicaments and supplements; 4. to analyze and summarize the structure of chemical elements – in the medicaments and supplements, to make out deductions about the catalyser metals existence in the analysed prepared specimen. In this paper is being analysed 89 prepared specimens, in which was not determined essential violations, because that it is only a little part of the preparations, what humans are using nowadays and amount of them are only growing. That is why it do not changing the urgency of this theme.
