Tautas tradicionālās metodes veselības uzturēšanā

Abstract

Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka mūsdienu stresainā ikdiena, piesārņotā vide un pārtika, neveselīgais dzīvesveids. Mūsdienās sabiedrība arvien vairāk mēģina savu veselību uzturēt pēc iespējas dabīgākiem paņēmieniem. Pētījuma mērķis ir aprakstīt pirts procedūras, kā vienu no tautas tradicionālajām metodēm veselības uzturēšanā, un to efektivitāti. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika izvirzīti uzdevumi - veikt literatūras analīzi par tautas tradicionālajām un netradicionālajām medicīnas metodēm veselības uzturēšanā, par pirts tradīciju vēsturisko attīstību Latvijā un citur pasaulē, kā arī pirts procedūru efektivitāti; analizēt tēmu saistībā ar Kalistas Rojas (Callist Roy) pielāgošanās teoriju; izveidot anketu un veikt respondentu anketēšanu; apkopot un analizēt iegūtos anketēšanas rezultātus; izdarīt secinājumus par iegūtajiem rezultātiem; izstrādāt rekomendācijas. The theme is actual because of the stressful and unhealthy life style, contaminated environment and food this particular theme has become urgent today. The number of people who are trying to use natural resources in their health support is growing in our days. The aim of this research is to describe the procedures of a hothouse as one of the nation’s traditional methods in health support and to describe the efficiency of these procedures as well. There were tasks bought forward to achieve the aim: to analyze the literature about: traditional and untraditional medical methods in health support,historical development of hothouse traditions in Latvia and foreign countries,efficiency of procedures; to analyze the theme with adaptation theory (created by Callist Roy); to create the questionnaire and to survey respondents; to sum up, to analyze and to give the conclusions of the results of questionnaires; to create the recommendations. For the research there have been used the quantitative research method. The tool of a research is a questionnaire. Keywords: untraditional medical methods, traditional medicine, hothouse procedures.
