Veselības izvērtējums pacientiem, kas ārstējas P.Stradiņa klīniskās universitātes slimnīcas reimatiskajā nodaļā, izmantojot SF-36 jautājumus

Abstract

Pamats: Dzīves veselīga saistīta kvalitāte paliek sakarīgāks kritērijs veiksmīgai terapijai un ir izmantota, lai pārbaudītu slimības gaitu. Reimatiskas slimības kaitīgi ietekmē dzīves veselīgu saistītu kvalitāti. SF-36 (sociālā funkcija) veselības anketa ir vispārējs mērījums, kurš atļauj ārstam, lai pārbaudītu un novērtētu ne tikai slimības fizisko komponenti, bet arī mentālo komponenti. Šis mērījums nav konkrēts vecumam, dzimumam, vai slimībai, un tāpēc viņš ir plaši izmantots. Tā anketa ir visizplatītākā, visbiežākā dzīves veselīgas saistītas kvalitātes anketa reimatiskām slimībām. Darba mērķis: Lai novērtētu PSKUS reimatisku pacientu dzīves veselīgas saistītas kvalitātes ar SF-36 veselības anketu. Materiāli un metodes: SF-36 veselības anketas rezultāti no PSKUS reimatiskas nodaļas, pacientiem no decembra 2011.g. līdz aprīlim.2012.g. Pētījumu kopskaits ir sadalīts divās grupās, pacientu grupā (n=59) un kontroles grupā (n=96), un katra grupa tika stratificēta 5 vecumu grupās (17-29 gadu, 30-39 gadu, 40-49 gadu, 50-59 gadu, >60 gadu). Secinājums:Pacienti no PSKUS reimatoloģijas nodaļā parādīja zemāk fizisko un mentālo veselību nekā ģenerālais kopums. Tiem pacientiem ar reimatisku artrītu bija līdzīgais novērtējums salīdzināts ar pacientiem ar citām diagnozēm, bet viņu rezultāti bija ievērojami sliktāk nekā ģenerālam kopumam. Reimatoloģijas nodaļas pacientiem ir stingri sliktāka fiziskā veselība nekā mentālā veselība. Korelācijas starp fizisko un mentālo veselību, un starp fizisko veselību un vecumu, ir pētījumā.. Nebija ievērotas korelācijas starp mentālo veselību un vecumu.Vācu kontroles grupa ieguva salīdzinātus rezultātus ar ģenerāliem kopumiem no ASV, Dānijas, un Kanādas.

Health-related quality of life is gaining more and more relevance as a criterion for successful therapy and is being used to monitor progression of disease. Rheumatic diseases adversely influence the health-related quality of life. The SF-36 health survey is a generic measure allowing the physician to monitor and evaluate not only the physical component of a disease but also its mental component. It is not specific for age, gender or disease and thus can be widely used. It is one of the most commonly used health surveys in rheumatic diseases. Objective: The objective of this study was to evaluate the health-related quality of life of patients being treated in the rheumatology department of PSKUS using the SF-36 health survey. Materials and methods: Analysis of patients being treated in the rheumatology department of PSKUS between December 2011 and April 2012 by using the SF-36 health survey. Conclusion: Patients of the rheumatology department of PSKUS displayed lower physical and mental health in comparison to general population. Rheumatoid arthritis patients evaluated their mental and physical health similar to patients with other diagnoses, but significantly worse than the general population. Physical health is more severely affected than mental health in patients of the rheumatology department. A correlation between physical and mental health, and physical health and age could be found. No correlation between mental health and age was seen. The German control group obtained comparable results to general population of USA, Denmark and Canada.
