Onkohematoloģisku pacientu psihosociālā aprūpe

Abstract

Maģistra darbs „Onkohematoloģisku pacientu psihosociālā aprūpe”, veltīts psihosociālās aprūpes īpatnību pētniecībai attiecībā uz onkohematoloģijas pacientiem. Darbā tiek izmantoti gan teorētiskie aspekti, gan veikts patstāvīgs, praktisks pētījums. Saslimšanai ar onkoloģiskām slimībām ir tendence palielināties. Pieaug to pacientu skaits, kuriem tiek diagnosticēts vēzis. Maģistra darbs sastāv no ievada, plašas teorētiskās daļas, praktiskā pētījuma, kopsavilkuma un secinājumiem, pielikuma un datu apkopojuma koncentrētā veidā. Teorētiskajā daļā aplūkota literatūra par onkohematoloģiju, uzturu, ģimenes lomu pacientu aprūpē, pacientu psiholoģiskām krīzēm un tika izmantota B. Ņūmenas sistēmas modeļa teorija. Praktiskā daļa ietver pētījuma metodes, dalībnieku raksturojumu, pētījuma gaitas aprakstu un iegūto rezultātu apstrādi un analīzi. Maģistra darba rezultātā iegūtie secinājumi liecina par psihosociālās aprūpes būtisku lomu onkohematoloģisku pacientu atveseļošanās procesā, ietekmi uz garīgo un fizisko veselību.

Master paper „Oncohematological patient’s psychosocial health care”, is devoted to research of psychosocial care features for oncohematology patients, using not only theoretical aspects but also constant, practical research. Illnesses with oncologic distemper tend to increase. Also number of patients with diagnosis of cancer is growing. Master paper consists of introduction, large theoretical section, practical research, summary and conclusions, addenda and focussed information summary. Theoretical section discuses literature about oncohematology, nutriment, families role in patient care, patients psychological crisis. B. Neuman system model theory is used to analyse information in theoretical section. Practical section includes research methods, references of participants, description of research progress and handling and analysis of findings. Conclusions of Master paper shows that psychosocial health care plays essential part in oncohematological patients recover process and effect on spiritual and physical health care.
