Rajona iedzīvotāju informētība par tuberkulozes saslimšanu

Abstract

Pētniecības darba mērķis bija noskaidrot iedzīvotāju informētību par tuberkulozi Dobeles rajonā. Pētniecības darba uzdevumi bija: analizēt literatūras avotus; aprakstīt D.Oremas māszinību teoriju; veikt pētījumu; apstrādāt pētījuma datus un izdarīt secinājumus par iedzīvotāju informētību par tuberkulozi. Pētniecības darba hipotēze: iedzīvotāji nav pietiekami informēti par tuberkulozes izplatību, klīnisko norisi, tās profilaksi un ārstēšanu. Pētniecības darbā tika izmantota kvantitatīvā metode-anketēšana. Par pamatu tika ņemta D.Oremas „Pašaprūpes trūkuma teorija”. Saskaņā ar šo teoriju māsai jāizglīto pacients par tuberkulozi. Aptaujā piedalījās 100 cilvēku vecumā no 18 līdz 60 gadiem.

The purpose of the work of research was to find out awareness of population about tuberculosis in the Dobele district. The tasks of the work of research were: to analyse the sources of literature; to describe the theory of nursescience by D.Orema; to accomplish the research; to process the data of the research and to draw conclusions about the awareness of population about tuberculosis. Hypothesis of the work of research: the population isn’t sufficiently informed about prevalence of tuberculosis, clinical process, its prophylaxis and treatment. Quantitative questionnaire method was used at the work of the research. „The theory of the dearth of Selfcare” by D.Orema was taken for foundation. According to this theory the nurse have to instruct a patient about tuberculosis. 100 persons in age group from 18 to 60 years took part in the questionnaire.
