Ģimenes līdzestība onkohematoloģisku pacientu aprūpē

Abstract

Darba tēma: „Ģimenes līdzestība onkohematoloģisko pacientu aprūpē”. Darba mērķis: apzināt un analizēt informāciju par ģimenes līdzestības nozīmi onkohematoloģisko pacientu aprūpē. Hipotēze: Ģimenes līdzestībai ir pozitīva nozīme onkohematoloģisko pacientu aprūpē. Darbā analizēta pieejamā informācija par onkohematoloģiskajām saslimšanām, ģimenes jēdzienu, pacienta un ģimenes psiholoģisko krīzi, veikts pētījums kādā no lielākajām Rīgas slimnīcām par ģimenes līdzestības nozīmi pacientu aprūpē māsu, pacientu un tuvinieku skatījumā. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no teorētiskās daļas, pētnieciskās daļas, kas ietver sevī 18 diagrammas, un 8 pielikumiem, kas satur 2 tabulas un 3 attēlus. Darbā izmantoti 30 literatūras avoti- 14 svešvalodā un 16 latviešu valodā. Atslēgas vārdi: onkohematoloģija, māsa, pacients, ģimene, psiholoģiskā krīze, atbalsts.

The theme of the paper is: „Family involvement in care of oncohaematological patients”. The aim of the paper is: to gather and analyze information about the sense of family involvement in care of oncohaematological patients. Hypothesis: Family involvement has a positive influence on the care of oncohaematological patients. This paper analyzes information about oncohaematological diseases, concept of family, patients and their family’s psychological crisis and reviews research on sense of family involvement in care of oncohaematological patients from viewpoints of patients, their family members and nurses in one of the biggest hospitals in Riga. The bachelor’s paper consists of theoretical part, research part, which includes 18 diagrams, and 8 supplements, which contain 2 tables and 3 images. In writing this paper the author used 30 different literary sources, 14 of which were in English and 16 in Latvian. Key words: oncohaematology, nurse, patient, family, psychological crisis, support.
