Izdegšanas sindroma riska faktori un izplatība Latvijā ārstu vidū

Abstract

Paaugstināta emocionālā slodze, nestabili vērtību kritēriji, mainīgi spēles noteikumi darbā un cilvēku attiecībās, sabiedrības noslāņošanās, masveidīga ilgstoša pārslodze darbā, cenšoties sasniegt vēlamo materiālās labklājības līmeni tas viss rada priekšnoteikumus izdegšanas sindromam, kas ir ļoti nopietna veselības problēma. Diplomdarba tēma ir izvēlēta „Izdegšanas sindroma riska faktori un izplatība Latvijas ārstu vidū”, jo šī problēma izplatās arvien straujāk dažādu profesiju pārstāvju vidū. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt izdegšanas sindroma riska faktorus un to izplatību Latvijā ārstu vidū. Lai sasniegtu šo mērķi, tiek izvirzīti uzdevumi: •raksturot izdegšanas sindroma pazīmes, posmus un profilaksi; •apskatīt veiktos pētījumus par izdegšanas sindromu; •raksturot izpētes metodes; •pētīt iegūtos rezultātus par sindroma izplatību Latvija ārstu vidū; •apkopot pētījuma rezultātus. Izvirzīta darba hipotēze – Latvijas ārstu vidū ir izplatīts izdegšanas sindroms.

Increased emotional load, unstable value criteria, changing rules of the game, work and human relations, social stratification, massive long-term overload, trying to achieve the desired level of material well-being - all this creates the preconditions for the burnout syndrome, which is a very serious health problem. The diploma theme is "burnout syndrome risk factors and prevalence among Latvian doctors", because this problem is spreading more rapidly among people of different professions. The aim is to explore the burnout syndrome risk factors and the prevalence among Latvian doctors. To achieve this purpose, the tasks are: •describe the burnout syndrome symptoms, stages, and prevention; •exsamine the studies on burnout syndrome; •describe methods of research; •stydy the results of Latvia syndrome prevalence among Latvian doctors; •summarize the research results.. The hypothesis is – Burnout syndrome is often amoung Latvian doctors.
