Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – Aprūpes problēmas ambulatorā bērnu paliatīvajā aprūpē. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka gadu no gada pieaugošais pacientu skaits. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot aprūpes problēmas ambulatorajā bērnu paliatīvajā aprūpē. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir: apzināt un analīzēt zinātnisko literatūru bērnu paliatīvās aprūpes jomā, pielietot Virdžīnijas Hendersones aprūpes teoriju darba teorētiskajam pamatojumam, aprakstīt pētniecības metodi un pētniecības instrumentu, veikt kvantitatīvo pētījumu, aprakstīt un analizēt pētījuma rezultātus, izstrādāt secinājumus un ieteikumus, kā mazināt un novērst aprūpes problēmas ambulatorajā bērnu paliatīvajā aprūpē. Izvirzītā hipotēze - bērnu ambulatorajā paliatīvajā aprūpē prevalē fizioloģiskas rakstura aprūpes problēmas. Pētījuma metode – kvantitatīvā, tās instruments – anketa. Izvirzītā hipotēze ir apstiprinājusies. No iegūtajiem rezultātiem izdarīti secinājumi, kas atklāj - galvenās aprūpes problēmas ambulatorajā bērnu paliatīvajā aprūpē. Izstrādāti ieteikumi, kuri var veicināt bērnu paliatīvās aprūpes attīstību Latvijā. Atslēgas vārdi: bērns, paliatīvā aprūpe, aprūpes problēmas, ambulators.

Topic of the Bachelor thesis is „Patient care problems of children in ambulatory palliative care”. This topic is actual because of the increasing number of patients every year. The aim of the thesis is to find out patient care problems in children palliative care. Research tasks are to analyze the literature in children palliative care scope, using V. Henderson care theory, to hold a research based on qualitative research method, to develop a research tool – questionnaires, to analyze the results and to draw conclusions, how to minimize patient problems in children palliative care. The raised hypothesis – in children out-patient palliative care prevails physiological nature problems. The research method is quantitative, and the instrument of the research is the questionnaire. Raised hypothesis is confirmed. From the results obtained the main problems in outpatient care for children in palliative care were revealed. Recommendations have been developed, which can be contributed to the development of children's palliative care in Latvia. Keywords: child care, palliative care, care problems, ambulatory care.
