Darba vides riska faktori farmaceita darbā un preventīvie pasākumi

Abstract

Maģistra darbā ir pētīti darba vides riska faktori farmaceitu darbā un to ietekme uz farmaceitiem. Darbs sastāv no trīs daļām. Pirmajā daļā analizēta literatūra par pētāmo tēmu, otrajā daļā aprakstītas pētījumā lietotās metodes, trešajā daļā veikta iegūto rezultātu analīze. Literatūras analīze liecina, ka farmaceiti, kuri strādā aptiekā, pakļauti daudzveidīgiem darba vides risku faktoriem (ķīmiskiem, bioloģiskiem, ergonomiskiem un psihosociāliem riskiem). Darbā izmantotas pasaulē populārākās ergonomisko un ķīmisko risku novērtēšanas metodes. Iegūtie rezultāti apliecina, ka farmaceitus darbā vairāk ietekmē ergonomiskie darba riski un psihosociālie darba riski. Psihoemocionālie riski ir nenozīmīgi. Ķīmiskie riski ir būtiski tiem farmaceitiem, kas nodarbināti zāļu gatavošanā. Veikti secinājumi un izstrādāti preventīvie pasākumi un praktiskās rekomendācijas. The Master work explores professional risk factors in working environment of the pharmacist and their influence on the pharmacist.The work consists of three parts. In the first part the revelant literature was studied, in the second part chosen methods of the research were described, in the third part the gathered results were analyzed and presented. According to the analysis of the literature it could be stated that the pharmacist, who work in a pharmacy, is a subject to different professional risk factors .The world’s most popular methods of an assessment of ergonomic and chemical risks were used in the research. The gathered results showed that most of all pharmacists are influenced by ergonomic and psychosocial risks. The psychoemotional risk is not considerable. Chemicals risks are important for those pharmacists who work in medicine production.Conclusions are drawn, preventive measures and practical recommendations are formulated.
