Aprūpe bērniem ar iedzimtu gūžas locītavas attīstības displāziju

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā „Aprūpe bērniem ar iedzimtu gūžas locītavas attīstības displāziju” ir aprakstīta un analizēta aprūpe bērniem 0-2 gadu vecumam ar iedzimtu gū¬žas attīstības displāziju, kas ir ļoti nozīmīgi šīs patoloģijas profilaksē un arī kvalitatīvā ārstē¬ša¬nā. Darba teorētiskajā daļā ir aprakstītas bērnu gūžas locītavas anatomiski fizioloģiskās īpatnības, displāzijas patoloģijas raksturojums, ārstēšanas metodes un aprūpe, kā arī aprūpes teorētiskais pamatojums, kā arī praktiskā pieredze. Darbā tiek aprakstīta un analizēta bērnu māsu pieredze aprūpē bērniem ar gūžas attīstības displāziju ar mērķi aktualizēt dotās patoloģijas problemātiku, veicināt profilaksi un izveidot aprūpes ieteikumus, izdarīt secinājumus. Bachelor paper „Care of Children Affected by Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip” describes and analyses medical care for children from 0 to 2 years old, who have an inborn developmental dysplasia of the hip joint, which is very important for the prevention of this pathology, as well as for its qualitative medical treatment. The theoretical part of the paper describes anatomical and physiological peculiarities of children’s hip joint, pathological characteristics of the dysplasia, methods of treatment and care, as well as theoretical substantiation of care and practical experience. The paper describes and analyzes nurses’ experience in care for children with dysplasia in the development of hip joint, with the goal of actualizing problematics of the given pathology, carrying out its prophylaxes and forming recommendations for care, and drawing conclusions.
