Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma –Aprūpes process pacientiem ar mākslīgo plaušu ventilāciju intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka kritiski slimo pacientu skaits intensīvas terapijas nodaļā, kuriem ir nepieciešama mākslīgā plaušu ventilācija neatliekamās situācijās dažādu patoloģiju dēļ tādejādi nodrošinot adekvātu oksigenāciju, uzturot vitalitāti. Mākslīgās plaušu ventilācijas indikācijas ir: apnoja, akūta elpošanas mazspēja, smaga refraktārā hipoksēmija, smagas patoloģijas ar bezsamaņu un elpošanas disfunkciju. Darba mērķis ir analizēt aprūpes procesu pacientiem ar mākslīgo plaušu ventilāciju intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir apkopot un analizēt literatūru par aprūpes procesu pacientiem ar mākslīgo plaušu ventilāciju intensīvās terapijas nodaļā, analizēt Kolistas Rojas māszinību teoriju, izstrādāt pētniecības instrumentu, pilotpētījumu, kvalitatīvā metode, intervēšana, apkopot un analizēt pētniecības datus, formulēt secinājumus un izstrādāt rekomendācijas. The bachleor subject is a care essentials in patients on mechanical ventilation in the intense care unit. Topic is determined by the number of critically ill patients in the intensive therapy, which is in need of ventilation of emergency situations, thus ensuring an adequate oxygenation, maintaining vitality. Artificial ventilation indications are: apnoe, acute respiratory failure, several hypoxemia severe abnormalities with unconsciousness and dysfunction. The objective is to analyse the care essentials in patients on mechanical ventilation in the ICU. Research tasks are to collect and analyse the literature about the healthcare process in patients with artificial ventilation in the ICU, analyze Callista Roy nursing theory, to develop a research instrument, pilot studies, qualitative method, interviewing, to collect and analyse data from the research, to formulate conclusions and adopt recommendations. The author of a bachelor used 27 Internet sources and 8 literary sources. The research question is: what is the care essentials in patients on with mechanical ventilation?
