Abstract

Diplomdarba temats – „Kultūrizglītojošais sociālais darbs”. Darba mērķis ir pētīt kultūrizglītojošā sociālā darba realizācijas iespējas. Darbā analizēti jautājumi par sociālā darba un kultūrizglītojošā darba būtību un vērtībām; par kultūrizglītojošo darbu sociālo vērtību kontekstā; par sociālo darbinieku nozīmi kultūrizglītojošā darbā – viņu lomām un funkcijām, amata funkcionālo saistību. Darbā atspoguļoti empīriskā pētījuma rezultāti par ekspertu viedokļiem un priekšlikumiem saistībā ar kultūrizglītojošā sociālā darba realizācijas iespējām – analizējot sociālā, kultūrizglītojošā darba speciālistu un sociālā darba praktiķu viedokļus un ieteikumus. Teorētiskā pētījuma daļa apliecināja kultūrizglītojošā un sociālā darba sasaisti, pierādot tā nozīmību sociālo un kultūras vērtību kontekstā, no kā tika secināts kultūrizglītojošā sociālā darba teorētiskais pamatojums sociālajā darbā. Diplomdarba empīriskais pētījums parādīja, ka sociālā darba speciālistiem, praktiķiem un kultūras darba speciālistiem, praktiķiem ir dažādi viedokļi par kultūrizglītojošā un kultūrizglītojošā sociālā darba raksturojumu, bet līdzīgi viedokļi par tā realizācijas iespējām sociālajā darbā.

Subject of diploma paper – “Cultural Educational Social Work”. Its aim is to study implementation opportunities of culture educational social work. The following issues have been analysed in the paper : the essence and values of social and culture educational work, culture educational work in the context of social values, the role of social workers in culture educational work – their role and functions, functional link of this post. The paper reflects the results of empirical research about experts’opinions and proposals in connection with implementation opportunities of culture educational social work by analysing the social, culture educational work experts’and practitioners’opinons and suggestions. The theoretical part of the research showed the correlation between social and culture educational work, confirming its significance in the context of social and cultural values which concluded the theoretical justification of culture educational social work in social work. The empirical research in the diploma paper showed that social work experts, practitioners and culture work experts, practitioners have different opinions about the description of culture educational and culture educational social work but similar opinions about its implementation opportunities in social work.
