Pārvaldes dokumenti pašvaldības institūcijā: organizēšanas process un lietotāji

Abstract

Arvien vairāk dažādas jaunās informācijas tehnoloģijas iegūst popularitāti visās dzīves jomās. Dokumentu pārvaldība nav izņēmums. Nozares speciālisti un lietotāji, kas iesaistīti dokumentu apritē, saskaras ar jautājumiem, kā apstrādāt elektronisko dokumentu, kas vairs nav fiziski aptaustāms, bet dzīvo informācijas sistēmās. Pētījuma mērķis bija apzināt atbildes uz jautājumiem, kā rīkoties ar jauno tehnoloģiju rezultātā tapušajiem dokumentiem, kā tos raksturot, kā apstrādāt un organizēt informācijas sistēmās. Tāpat tika izzināta lietotāju attieksme pret elektronisko dokumentu un elektronisko dokumentu pārvaldības sistēmu, kā arī rezultātā izstrādāti ieteikumi lietotāju izpratnes veicināšanai un apmācībām ar jauno tehnoloģiju radītajiem izaicinājumiem. New technologies become more popular and come into every field of our life. Record management is not an exception. The record management specialists, who work with records, face the questions about electronic records, which are no more touchable, but live in an information system. The aim of this research was to find answers to questions how to deal with the records of new technologies, how to describe them, how to handle and organize them in a system. Also the attitude of users towards electronic records and electronic records management systems were found out. As the result some recommendations for users was developed to encourage them to understand and to teach them to use the new technologies.
