Abstract

Maģistra darba „Transporta nelaimes gadījumu un incidentu izmeklēšanas birojā saņemto dokumentu analīze” pētījuma mērķis – izpētīt Birojā saņemtos dokumentus. Datu analīze veicama, lai noskaidrotu tendences dokumentu apritē ar citām institūcijām, tādējādi rodot informatīvo bāzi ieteikumiem turpmākai dokumentu pārvaldības sistēmas attīstībai. Pētījumā apskatītas teorētiskās atziņas par praktiskās pieredzes nozīmi un tās patieso vērtību konkrētu problēmsituāciju risināšanā, kā arī par mūsdienu vadību zinātnes kvalitātes vadības instrumentiem pārmaiņu realizēšanā. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka aizvien lielāku nozīmi dokumentu apritē iegūst elektroniska formāta dokumenti, kas var kalpot kā priekšnosacījums atbilstošas dokumentu pārvaldības sistēmas ieviešanai Birojā. The objective of master thesis research “Analysis of documents received at the Transport Accident and Incident Investigation Bureau” is to investigate the documents (records) received at the Bureau. Data analysis is done to ascertain tendencies of document flow among other institutions creating information basis for suggestions to improve the document management system. The study discusses theoretical aspects of the significance of practical experience and its actual value in solving problem situations and characterizes up-to-date quality management tools to implement changes. The results of the research testify that the significance of electronic documents increases, which can be as prerequisite for the consistent document management system implementation in the Bureau.
