Bakalaura darbā tiks apskatītas politiskās un ekonomiskās izmaiņas, elitu ietekme un transformācija valsts un demokrātijas attīstības procesā.
Bakalaura darba izstrādes gaitā tiek pierādītas divas hipotēzes „Krievijā pastāvošo politisko režīmu nevar uzskatīt par demokrātisku, jo valstī netiek respektēti demokrātijas principi” un „Ja deviņdesmito gadu sākumā prezidents B. Jeļcins neiekļautu politiskajā elitē bijušos nomenklatūras darbiniekus, tad Krievija spētu ieviest un nostiprināt demokrātiju”. Pirmā hipotēze tiek pierādīta, pamatojoties uz to, ka Krievijā tiek ierobežota politiskā opozīcija, pilsoniskā sabiedrība, netiek respektētas pilsoņu pamattiesības un brīvības. Otrā hipotēze tiek pierādīta, pamatojoties uz to, ka B. Jeļcina prezidentūras laikā politisko eliti veidoja bijušie nomenklatūras darbiniekus, kuri bija ieinteresēti gūt pašlabumu režīma transformēšanās procesā, kavējot demokrātisko principu nostiprināšanu valstī. This bachelor paper focuses on the political and economical changes and transformation of regime and elites in Russia.
In this bachelor paper will be proven two defined hypothesis „Russian political regime can’t be considered as democratic, because democratic principles aren’t respected in this state” and „If B. Jelcin at beginning of nineties would not include officials of nomenclature in political elite, Russia could establish and consolidate democracy”. The first hypothesis is proven on the basis of several facts – respectation of basic freedoms and rights are reducing, political opposition and civil society is limited. The second hypothesis is proven on the basis of that B. Jelcin didn’t exclude officials of nomenclature from new political elite. These officials were self-seekers at process of regime transformation. They prevented consolidation of democratic principles in Russia.
