Abstract

Sociālā darba pieejas darbā ar klientiem ar demenci. Mērķis –pētīt sociālā darba pieejas darbā ar dementiem klientiem. Darbs sastāv no trim nodaļām un septiņām apakšnodaļām Pirmā nodaļā tiek skaidrots, kas ir demence, apakšnodaļās izdalot Alcheimera slimību, vaskulāro demenci un dementa klienta garīgās mikrovides raksturojumu. Otrā nodaļā tiek pētītas sociālā darba pieejas, apakšnodaļās izdalot personas –centrēto un eko-sistēmu pieejas. Trešā nodaļā ir pētīas sociālā darba pieejas Rīgas aprūpes centros, apakšnodaļās izdalot pētījuma metodoloģinu un pētījumā iegūto datu analīzi. Galvenie secinājumi: 1.Demence ir slimība, kas neatgriezeniski ietekmē vecu cilvēku smadzeņu darbību. 2.Sociālajā darbā ir divas specifiskas pieejas darbam ar dementiem klientiem- personas centrētā un eko-sistēmu pieeja. 3.Personas centrētā pieeja un eko-sistēmu pieeja savstarpēji viena otru papildina un veicina rezultatīvu sociālo darbu ar dementiem klientiem; 4.Demences attīstību var palēnināt klientu sociālā aktivitāte; 5.Pozitīva sociālā vide pozitīvi ietekmē klienta garīgo mikrovidi; 6.Pārmērīgs klientu skaits ierobežo personas- centrētās pieejas pielietojumu, rezultāts ir grūtāk sasniedzams 7.Ikdienišķas nodarbes, kas atbilst klientu interesēm veicina pozitīvas izmaiņas klienta garīgājā mikrovidē. 8.Sociālā darba mērķis ar klientiem ar demenci ir novērst viņu vientulību, veicināt saskarsmi un komunikāciju, aktivizēt, veicināt piederības sajūtu.

ANOTATION Social Work Approaches in Work with Demented Clients. The Aim: Research the social work approaches in work with demented clients This research consist of three parts. In the first chapter is research of dementia, its most common types, and about client`s feelings while experiencing dementia. In the second chapter there is research of Person centered approach and eco-system approach. In the third chapter there is research about used social work approaches in social care centers. This chapter includes the methodology of research and the analysis of data. Conclusions: 1.Dementia is illness, that is influencing humans activity of brain. 2.There is two specified approaches in social work with demented clients- person centred approach and eco-system approach. 3.The Person centered approach and the Eco- system approach improve each other. These approaches stimulate fruitful social work with demented clients. 4.The development of dementia can be slowed by clients social activity. 5.Positive environment have positive influence on clients mental micro environment. 6.If there is too much clients, it negatively affects the results of use of specified social work approaches. 7.Daily activities have positive influence on clients mental micro environment, if those are clients favorite activities. 8.The aim of social work with demented clients is to avert loneliness, to stimulate communication and interaction between clients, and to stimulate the feeling of belonging Keywords: Dementia, Person centred approach, Eco-system approach, Elderly.
