Neefektīva komunikācija, nemotivējoša vide, stabilitātes trūkums, vājš tēls un kultūra - tās ir problēmas, ar kurām ikdienā nākas saskarties organizācijām, to vadībām un personālsastāviem, un tas atklāj identitātes un piederības sajūtas trūkumus, mazinot organizācijas noturību un radot šaubas par piederību cilvēkos, kuri pārstāv šīs organizācijas.
Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot, kādas ir futbola komandām kā sporta organizācijām, piemītošās identitātes, kā arī izpētīt, kuri ir tie svarīgākie faktori, kas nosaka indivīdu piederību par labu futbola klubiem kā organizācijām.
Darbā tiek analizētas futbola komandām kā organizācijām piemītošās identitātes un kā šajās organizācijās iesaistītie indivīdi definē un reflektē savu piederības sajūtu tām.
Empīriskā bāze sastāv no 10 padziļinātām intervijām ar dažādu futbola komandu pārstāvjiem.
Darbā izmantotās metodes – padziļinātās intervijas, empīrisko materiālu izpēte. Ineffective communication, discouraging environment, lack of stability, low image and culture - these are the challenges that organizations, their management and personell face every day, and it reveals the deficiencies of identity and sense of belonging, reducing the organizations sustainability and raising doubts of belonging to people who are represented by these organizations.
The aim of this research is to find out what are the inherent identities of football teams as organizations and to investigate what are the most important factors that determine the individuals belonging to football teams as organizations.
The paper analyzes the inherent identities of football teams as organizations and how the individuals are involved in defining and reflecting their sense of belonging to them.
The empirical base consists of several in-depth interviews with representatives of various football teams.
