Maģistra darbā „Uzņēmuma dokumentu pārvaldība kā vadības sistēmas komponents” pievērsta uzmanība tam, ka, veidojot elektronisko dokumentu pārvaldības sistēmu, ir jāņem vērā uzņēmuma korporatīvā kultūra, jo tā ir vide, kur tiek ieviesta sistēma, vērtējotdarbinieku paradumus, tādējādi nodrošinot lietotāju un sistēmas mijiedarbību.
Risinot problēmsituāciju, tiek sniegts apskats par teorijām, kas ir saistītas ar EDPS izmantošanu un lietotāju apmierinātības noteikšanu, ir analizēti citu autoru atzinumi, kā arī piedāvāts konkrētas sistēmas izvērtējums. Pētījuma gaitā ir pierādītas šādas hipotēzes: 1) pastāv saikne starp EDPS izmantošanu un sistēmas lietotāju attieksmi; 2) EDPS ieviešana ir uzlabojusi uzņēmuma iekšējos biznesa procesus.
Rezultātā tiek izstrādāti ieteikumi EDPS tālākai ekspluatācijas metožu pilnveidošanai.

The paper “Company records management as a control system component” for the Master’s degree highlights the fact that the company's corporate culture must be taken into account when creating an electronic records management system, because it is the environment where the system is being introduced after having assessed the habits of employees, thus ensuring the interaction between the users and the system.
During the course of the research the following hypotheses have been proved: 1) there is a link between the use of the ERMS and the attitude of the users of the system; 2) the ERMS has improved the internal business processes of the company.
As a result, recommendations for further improvement of the methods of using the ERMS have been developed.
