Latvijas Nacionālā attīstības plāna 2007.-2013.gadam tēls medijos

Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats ir Latvijas Nacionālā attīstības plāna 2007.-2013.gadam (NAP), galvenā vidēja termiņa plānošanas dokumenta, tēls medijos. Par darba pētniecisko jautājumu izvirzīts – kāds ir nacionālo laikrakstu publikācijās radītais NAP tēls un kādos rāmējumos tas iekļaujas? Pētījuma teorētiskā pieeja balstīta uz teoriju par tēla veidošanās procesa aspektiem. Darbā izmantotās pētniecības metodes ir kontentanalīze un rāmējuma koncepts. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt, kādi rāmējumi par NAP un ar to saistītiem aspektiem izveidoti nacionālo laikrakstu publikācijās, veidojot NAP tēlu. Darbā sniegti rezultāti un secinājumi par aspektiem, caur kuriem NAP tiek atspoguļots laikrakstos, kādos rāmējumos tas iekļaujas un kāds NAP tēls caur tiem veidojies. Darba struktūru veido trīs nodaļas. Pirmā – “Tēla veidošanās procesa teorētiskie aspekti”, otrā – “Pētniecības metožu apraksts”, trešā – “Nacionālo laikrakstu publikācijas radītais NAP tēls”.

The theme of this bachelor work is the image of Latvian National Development Plan 2007-2013 (NDP), which is the main medium-term planning document. The research problem is the image of NDP created in publications of the national newspapers and the frames it falls within. The theoretical approach of research is based on theory about the aspect of the process of image formation. The research methods used in this work are contentanalysis and the concept of framing. The objective of the work is to find out, what frames are formed about NDP and its aspects in publications of the national newspapers, forming the image of NDP. There are given results and conclusions in this work about the aspects, through which NDP is disclosed in newspapers, frames it falls within and what image of NDP has formed through them. The structure of this work is built in three chapters. The first – “The theoretical aspect of the process of image formation”, the second – “The description of used research methods” and the third – “The image of NDP created in publications of the national newspapers”.
