Sociālo pakalpojumu un sociālās palīdzības attīstība ģimenēm ar bērniem Jēkabpilī

Abstract

Autore izvēlējās diplomdarba tēmu Sociālo pakalpojumu un sociālās palīdzības attīstība ģimenēm ar bērniem Jēkabpilī, jo vēlējās noskaidrot kādus sociālos pakalpojumus un palīdzību sniedz dienests; kā tiek risināti sociālie gadījumi šajā dienestā, sociālā dienesta ģimenēm ar bērniem darbība; kā tiek attīstīti sociālie pakalpojumi un sociālās palīdzība ģimenēm ar bērniem, vai tiek attīstīti un uzlaboti pakalpojumi. Diplomdarba mērķis ir pētīt sociālā dienesta ģimenēm ar bērniem nodaļas snigto sociālo pakalpojumu un sociālās palīdzības attīstību Jēkabpilī. Diplomdarba laikā autore analizē un raksturo sociālā dienesta nodaļas organizāciju struktūru, analizē Atbalsta nodaļas ģimenēm ar bērniem Jēkabpilī sociālos pakalpojumus un sociālo palīdzību un sociālā gadījuma vadīšanu; pēta sociālā dienesta lomu sociālo pakalpojumu un sociālās palīdzības attīstīšanā Jēkabpilī. Diplomdarba laikā autore izmantos literatūras un dokumentu analīzi; daļēji strukturētas intervijas metodes. Atbalsta nodaļā ģimenēm ar bērniem Jēkabpilī, sociālie pakalpojumi un sociālā palīdzība attīstās, par ko liecina statistikas dati. Kopš Atbalsta nodaļas ģimenēm ar bērniem Jēkabpilī pastāvēšanas, sociālais darbs turpina attīstīties. Sociālods pakalpojumus un sociālo palīdzību izmanto arvien lielāks klientu skaits, par ko liecina iedzīvotāju informētības līmenis. Bet vēl joprojām Jēkabpilī sociālās palīdzības pakalpojumu kvalitātei nav atbilstošs līmenis, jo pietrūkst sociālā darba speciālistu, pašvaldībai ir ierobežotas iespējas pirkt sociālās aprūpes un rehabilitācijas pakalpojumus. The author chose the theme – The development of social services and social help for families with children in Jēkabpils – for diploma work, because she wanted to find out what social services and help are offered by the Social support service; how the social cases are solved by this service, what are the activities of the social service for families with children; how the social services and social help for families with children have been developed, if the services have been developed and improved. The aim of the diploma work is to research the development of social services and social help offered by the social service department for families with children in Jēkabpils. While working on the diploma work, the author describe the structure of the social service department organisations, study the social services and social help offered by Support department for families with children in Jēkabpils, describe the management of social cases, study the role of social service in the development of social services and social help in Jēkabpils. While working on the diploma work, the author will use the analysis of special literature and documents, the methods of partially structured interview. Statistical data prove that the social services and social help in the Support Department for Families with Children have been developing. Social services for ''Supporting families with children'' have developed since the establishment of Jekabpils devision. More and more clients have started to use social services and social help. This reflects on the level of information distribution among the population. However the quality of social services in Jekabpils is not up to the standarts due to the lack of socila workers, limits on purchasing possibilities of the council for rehabilitation services.
