Darbs ir sadalīts trīs lielās nodaļās. Pirmajā nodaļā ir aprakstīts, kā notiek testēšanas process uzņēmumā, kur autors strādā, testēšanas procesā iesaistītās personas un to atbildība, detalizēti aprakstīti testēšanas posmi un veidi, to nepieciešamība testēšanas procesā, kā arī testēšanas vides un to tehniskais nodrošinājums. Tika izveidotas arī jaunievedumu ieviešanas shēma un kļūdu apstrādes shēma. Darbā ir aprakstīti arī testēšanas pieeja un testēšanas rīki. Uzskaitīti testēšanas ierobežojumi, testēšanas nodevumi un arī ar testēšanu saistītie nozīmīgākie veiksmes nosacījumi. Otrajā nodaļā ir aprakstītas nozīmīgākās testēšanas problēmas un to iespējamie risinājumi. Trešajā nodaļā ir projekta, kura izstrādē un testēšanā autors ir piedalījies, kļūdu analīze. Darbā tiek analizēta Scrum projekta pārvaldības metodoloģijas ietekme uz kļūdu skaitu, kļūdu skaits projekta izstrādes fāzē un uzturēšanas fāzē, to ietekmējošie faktori. Work is divided in three chapters. In the first chapter covered testing process in company where author works, involved persons in testing process and their responsibilities, covered in detail testing phases and types, the necessity of them in testing process, and also testing environments and technical specification. Created new features implementation scheme and error processing scheme. Also covers testing approach and testing tools. Listed testing limitations, testing documents for submission and major testing success factors. In the second chapter covered major testing problems and possible solutions of them. In the third chapter covered project’s, in which author participated as software developer and software testing engineer, mistake analysis. Here is analyzed how Scrum project management methodology impacts mistake count, mistake count in project development phase and in project maintenance phase, impacting factors.
