| dc.description.abstract | Kvalifikācijas darbā izstrādāts elektroniskā pacientu uzskaites reģistra modulis, izmantojot HL7 standartu – spraudņu dzinējs un spraudņi klasifikatoru publicēšanai un izplatīšanai. Modulis paredzēts, lai ļautu sistēmas lietotājiem pašiem izstrādāt moduļus klasifikatoru izplatīšanai un publicēšanai specifiski savām vajadzībām.
Darbs izstrādāts C# programmēšanas valodā pēc ūdenskrituma modeļa, papildus izmantojot SQL.

| dc.description.abstract | This paper describes the development of a module for the electronic patient register using the HL7 standard – a plugin support system and plugins for publishing and distributing classifiers. The module provides users with the option to develop their own plugins for classifier publishing and distribution for their own specific needs.
The software is developed in C# programming language using the waterfall model, additionally using SQL.
