fiziskais serveris, tīmekļa vietne, programmatūra, mitināšanas rīks, komandrinda User requests for newer and more sophisticated features to their websites are increasing.
These new features provide much more effective usage of server resources, so it is necessary
to renew physical servers and software on them. In order to transfer all existing users to a new
website hosting management tool version, it is necessary to copy all their data. This transition
is not an easy task and can be performed in a number of ways.
It is necessary to explore as many types of migration to select the most effective of them
and use in the future.
Migration using any of the methods almost always bring errors. Because of that it is
required to do additional operations with the user files in order to get them working. Tool
embedded in the panel is fast, but not efficient. The most effective method can be done with
command–line interface tools.
