| dc.description.abstract | Darbā apskatītas multi-platformu mobilo lietotņu izstrādes ietvari, kas ļautu optimizēt programmatūras izstrādi sadrumstalotajā mobilo ierīču platformu tirgū. Darbs fokusēts uz risinājumiem, kas ļauj izstrādē izmantot tīmekļa tehnoloģijas.
Darbs dod ieskatu mobilo platformu un lietotņu izstrādes ietvaru vispārējās īpašībās, kā arī padziļināti apskata vairākus izvēlētos uz tīmekļa tehnoloģijām balstītos ietvarus, to uzbūvi un darbības principus. Tiek vērtētas ietvaru iespējas lietotņu izstrādes procesa sarežģītībā, iegūtās programmatūras ātrdarbībā un pārnesamībā starp dažādām platformām.
Rezultātā iegūts apstiprinājums, ka izmantojot uz tīmekļa tehnoloģijām balstītus lietotņu izstrādes ietvarus iespējams radīt mobilo ierīču programmatūru, ko bez izmaiņām izejas kodā iespējams darbināt uz dažādām atšķirīgām mobilo ierīču platformām. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This article deals with mobile application development frameworks that allow streamlining software development for the highly fragmented market of mobile device operating systems, focusing on a subset of frameworks that leverage the web technologies for software development, allowing web developers to work on mobile applications.
Article broadly covers different types of frameworks and mobile device platforms, and goes in depth on architecture, working principles and other specifics of selected few frameworks based on web technologies. Also, the capabilities of selected frameworks are tested, namely development workload, performance and portability.
The results show that development of mobile applications using web technologies and capabilities of mobile devices is a viable route, and portability can be achieved without source code changes. | en_US |
