Abstract

Pēc programmatūras veiksmīgas izstrādes un ieviešanas produkcijā, tai sākas uzturēšanas fāze, kas palīdz saglabāt programmatūras lietojamību ekspluatācijas vidē. Savukārt lietošanas laikā programmatūrā var būt nepieciešams ieviest jaunas funkcijas vai pielāgot mainīgai darījuma videi, vai izlabot slēptas kļūdas, kas arī tiks veikts uzturēšanas laikā. Maģistra darbā tiek aprakstīta uzturēšanas būtība, tās kategorijas un procesu modeļi, kā arī tiek aprakstīts Ground Handling sistēmas izmantotais uzturēšanas procesu modelis. Darbā tiek aprakstītas iespējamās uzturēšanas problēmas un to risinājumi teorētiskajā daļa un veikts pētījums par iespējamām problēmām un to risinājumiem Ground Handling sistēmas uzturēšanas laikā.

For any software the maintenance phase begins after its successful development and introduction into production, which helps to support the usage of the software in operating environment. Furthermore, during operation time it may be needed to introduce new features into the software or to adapt it to a changing business environment, or to correct hidden errors, that will be made during maintenance. The Master thesis describes the maintenance nature, its categories and process models, as well as maintenance process model used in Ground Handling System. The thesis describes potential maintenance problems and solutions in the theoretical part and explores potential problems and their solutions for Ground Handling System maintenance.
