A/S "Liepājas Metalurgs" finanšu analīze

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir Akciju sabiedrības „Liepājas Metalurgs” finanšu analīze. Darba mērķis ir atklāt finanšu analīzes būtību un parādīt tās ietekmi uz uzņēmuma sekmīgu darbību. Darbā ir parādīts, ka analizējot apkopotos datus ar dažādām metodēm un iegūtos rezultātus tālāk izmantojot uzņēmuma politikas virzīšanai, īstermiņa un ilgtermiņa mērķu sasniegšanai, var kļūt par konkurētspējīgu un sekmīgu uzņēmumu. Darba teorētiskajā daļā ir izpētīta finanšu analīzes loma uzņēmuma vadībā, veikta finanšu rādītāju analīze, kā arī izpētīta Akciju sabiedrības „ Liepājas Metalurgs” loma tautsaimniecībā. Darba praktiskajā daļā ir veikta Akciju sabiedrības „ Liepājas Metalurgs” finanšu analīze izmantojot horizontālās un vertikālās bilances analīzes metodes, izpētīts naudas plūsmas pārskats un peļņas vai zaudējuma aprēķins, veikta faktoru un koeficientu analīze. kā arī izdarīti secinājumi par iegūtajiem rādītājiem. Darba ietvaros ir izmantots E. Altmana modelis, lai noskaidrotu, kāda ir uzņēmuma bankrota varbūtība. Papildus autore darba gaitā izpēta finansiālā stāvokļa ietekmējošos faktorus un sniedz to risinājumu iespējas. Noslēgumā ir veikti secinājumi par uzņēmuma finansiālo stāvokli un to izmaiņām laika periodā no 2003. gada līdz 2008. gadam, kā arī izstrādāti priekšlikumi, lai šo finansiālo stāvokli uzlabotu. Ir spēkā vispār pieņemta tēze par to, ka finanšu plūsma uzņēmumā ir kā asinsrites sistēma, tas ir – cik labi funkcionē šī sistēma, tik dzīvotspējīgs ir uzņēmums. Darba apjoms ir 67 lappuses, 15 tabulas, 7 attēli, 3 pielikumi.

The financial analysis of Joint Stock Company (JSC) „Liepājas Metalurgs” is the theme of the Bachelor’s Thesis. The quiddity disclosure of financial analysis and it’s influence on the company’s successful activity is the aim of Bachelor’s Thesis. In the Bachelor’s Thesis there is displayed that the company can become competitive and successful by using the results of data analyzing via different methods for the advancement of company’s policy and consummation of short-term and long-term goals. In the academic part of the Bachelor’s Thesis there is investigated the importance of financial analysis in company’s management, realized analysis of financial showings and investigated the importance of JSC “Liepājas Metalurgs” in national economy. In the practical part of the Bachelor’s Thesis there is realized the financial analysis of JSC “Liepājas Metalurgs” by horizontal and vertical balance sheet analyzing methods, realized the investigation of cash flow statement and profit or loss calculation. The Bachelor’s Thesis although discloses the analysis of factors and ratios and the conclusions were drew up about the acquired indices. To find out what is the probability of company’s bankruptcy within the framework of Bachelor’s Thesis is used model of E.Altmanis. The author collateral agenda performs the investigations about the factors that impact on the financial situation and gives their potential solutions. Effective is the generally accepted thesis that the financial flow in the company is like a circulatory system – as good works this system as tenacious is the company. The conclusions of company’s financial situation and it’s changes during the period 2003 - 2008 are made in the final part of Bachelor’s Thesis. In the final part although are developed the proposals to improve the financial situation. The Bachelor’s Thesis consists of 67 pages, 15 tables, 7 pictures, 3 annexes.
