Spējās programmatūras izstrādes pielietošana informācijas tehnoloģiju uzņēmuma projektu vadīšanā

Abstract

Neskatoties uz to, ka ūdenskrituma modeļa pielietošana projektu vadīšanā ir sevi pierādījusi pieeja, pastāv arī citas metodoloģijas, kuras spēj uzlabot projekta produktivitāti, produkta kvalitāti un projekta interesentu apmierinātību. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt vienu no alternatīvām programmatūras izstrādes projektu vadīšanas metodoloģijām – Spējās programmatūras izstrādi, pierādīt to efektivitāti informācijas tehnoloģiju uzņēmumā un izstrādāt priekšlikumus pārejai uz Scrum projektu metodi, kas ir Spējās programmatūras izstrādes veids. Pētījuma mērķu sasniegšanai tika veikts praktiskais eksperiments Scrum projekta ieviešanā SIA Tele2 Billing, tika izpētīts plašs informācijas avotu klāsts, kura starpā ir Spējās programmatūras izstrādes autoru publikācijas, kā arī tika analizētas starptautisko informācijas tehnoloģiju uzņēmumu aptaujas.

Although a waterfall model in project management is a proved to work approach, there is a number of other concepts, which can improve project productivity, product quality and project’s stakeholders satisfaction. The objective of this thesis is to overview one of the software development alternatives in project management – Agile software development, to prove it’s efficiency in information technology company and to develop suggestions of a transition to Scrum project framework, which is one of the Agile software development models. In order to meet the objective of the thesis there has been held a Scrum project initialization experiment in Tele2 Billing company, a wide range of information sources has been studied, including publications of Agile software development movers, and an analysis of international companies’ survey has been performed.
