Kredīta tirgus attīstība Baltijas valstīs

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Kredītu tirgus attīstība Baltijas valstīs”. Autore izvēlējas šo tēmu, jo kredītam ir liela nozīme mūsdienās. Kredīts - tas ir iespēja izmantot nepieciešamos naudas līdzekļus savam vēlmēm un vajadzībām, kā arī kredīti sniedz plašu iespēju spektru veikt nepieciešamos ražošanas uzlabojumus un uzņēmējdarbības attīstību. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, uz Baltijas valstu kredītu tirgus attīstības analīzes pamata, izstrādāt priekšlikumus Baltijas valstu kredītu tirgus pilnveidošanai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trīm daļām, kurās ir izpētītas: kredītu tirgus formas - tie ir komerciālais kredīts, baņķieru kredīts, patēriņa kredīts, valsts kredīts, hipotekārais kredīts, starptautiskais kredīts, līzings; trīs galvenās kredīta teorijas – naturālistiskā, kapitālradošā un regulēšanas teorijas, kredītu tirgus attīstība 10 gadus laika perioda, problēmas, kas ir saistītas ar kreditēšanu, kā arī ļoti nozīmīgs ietekmes faktors kredītu tirgū - pasaules finanšu krīze. Pēc izdarīta darba var secināt, ka kredītu tirgum bija dažādas stadijas 10 gadu laika periodā Baltijas valstīs, tostarp lielie kritumi un paaugstinājumi, un uz to ietekmēja daudzi faktori, piemēram, iekšzemes kopproduktu svārstības, ka arī pasaules finanšu krīze.

The main theme of the bachelor work is “The credit markets development in the Baltic States”. The authors have chosen this theme, due to very important meaning of credits nowadays. The credit is opportunity to use money in case you have lack of it, what means you are able to satisfy your needs or desires at the moment, and the other huge part of credit use - possibility to arrange necessary improvements to production and business development promptly. The purpose of bachelor work is to make conclusions, based on analysis of credit market in Baltic States and to put forward a proposal concerning improvement of terms and conditions in credit market. Bachelor work consists of three parts. There are examined in each part the following matters - credit forms- commercial credit, bank credit, consumer credit, public credit, mortgage credit, international credit, leasing, also credit main three theories - naturalistic, capital and control theory; and development, credit market problems, and one of the main credit market development affecting problems - global financial crisis there. The final conclusion came during working on this theme. The credit market is very influenced by wide set of outer factors, it has passed different levels, including ups and downs, and it was influenced by many factors, such as fluctuations in the gross domestic product and the global financial crisis during 10 year lasting period of development of the Baltic State region.
