Budžeta deficīta ietekme uz valsts makroekonomisko izaugsmi: Latvijas un Igaunijas piemērs

Darbā tiek aplūkotas atšķirīgas autoru uzskatu grupas par budžeta deficīta ietekmi uz valsts makroekonomisko izaugsmi. Ar Latvijas un Igaunijas piemēru tiek parādīta budžeta deficīta un pārpalikuma ietekme uz valsts makroekonomisko stāvokli no 1995.gada līdz mūsdienām. Izmantojot lineāru regresiju, tiek noteikts budžeta deficīta un IKP sakarības ciešums Latvijai un Igaunijai laika posmam no 1995. līdz 2010.gadam. Balstoties uz autora izveidoto modeli, tiek veiktas Latvijas un Igaunijas ekonomikas simulācijas un prognozes.

This paper views different approaches on the impact of budget deficit to the macroeconomical growth of the state. Via case studies of Latvia and Estonia the impact of budget deficit/surplus to the macroeconomical situation has been shown starting from 1995 till nowadays. By using linear regression the author evaluates the relationship density between the budget deficit and GDP of Latvia and Estonia during 1995 – 2010. Based on the model developed by the author economic simulations have been carried out and forecasts set for Latvia and Estonia.
