Lattelecom BPO finansiālās darbības analīze un novērējums

Abstract

Īpaši aktuāli tautsaimniecībā ir cilvēku vajadzību apmierināšana, un to var panākt ar tehnoloģiju attīstību un uzņēmuma izaugsmi. Diplomdarba „Lattecom BPO finansiālās darbības analīze un novērtējums” autora pētījuma uzmanības centrā ir finanšu analīze. Lai uzņēmums varētu gūt ekonomiskus panākumus savā nozarē un nodrošināt tā nākotnes perspektīvas, liela nozīme ir finansiālā stāvokļa novērtējumam pārskata gadā, kā arī tā salīdzinājumam ar iepriekšējiem darbības gadiem. Darba mērķis ir veikt uzņēmuma Lattelecom BPO finanšu analīzi, balstoties uz teorētisko un praktisko materiālu, atklāt esošo problēmu trūkumus, nepilnības un noskaidrot problēmu cēloņus, izvērtēt uzņēmuma darbību un tā efektivitātes veicināšanu un paaugstināšanu, kā arī uz secinājumu bāzes izvirzīt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma Lattelecom BPO finansiālā stāvokļa uzlabošanai. Autors veido darba struktūru trīs daļās. Pirmajā nodaļā autors izpēta vispārīgu teorētisko informāciju par finanšu un vadības grāmatvedību, un finanšu analīzes. Otrajā nodaļā tiek izvērtēts uzņēmums un tā attīstības iespējas. Trešajā nodaļā autors veica uzņēmuma gada pārskatu analīzi novērtējot uzņēmuma finansiālo stāvokli. Lattelecom BPO, lai uzlabotu savu darbību, ir nepieciešams piesaistīt ekspertu konsultācijas, koncentrēties uz jaunu klientu piesaisti, uzlabot publiskot tēlu un vairāk pievērst uzmanību finansiālajiem rādītājiem, tā nostiprinot savas pozīcijas tirgū un gūstot panākumus telekomunikāciju jomā. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 67 lapaspuses, tas sastāv no 3 daļām un 6 pielikumiem. Darbā ir izmantotas 11 tabulas un 8 attēli. Crucially essential to national economy is to satisfy customers’ demands. It is achievable through development of new technologies and company’s growth. In the center of the thesis “The assessment and analysis of Lattelecom BPO financial activities” is the financial analysis. In order to gain an economical success within the field and ensure its future outlook a big role plays the assessment of the financial situation of the current fiscal year, and comparison of it to the previous ones. The aim of the thesis is to do a financial analysis for the company Lattelecom BPO based on theoretical and practical material. In the light of it to discover existent deficiencies, imperfections and the causes of the problems, to appraise operations of the company and its facilitation of effectiveness and advancement, as well to make suggestions for the company’s Lattelecom BPO financial situation’s improvement. The author has structured the thesis in three sections. In the first section has been explored general theoretical information about financial accounting, managerial accounting, and financial analyses. In the second section has been appraised the company and its potentialities for growth. In the third section the author made an annual financial analysis based on the assessment of the company’s financial situation. In order for the Lattelecom BPO to improve its operations it needs to attract experts for the consultancy service, concentrate on attracting new clients, improve public image and devote more attention to the financial content. This way the company will strengthen its positions within the market and will succeed within the field of telecommunications. The thesis consists of three sections and six appendix within 67 pages.
