Abstract

Maģistra darba nosaukums: „Maksātnespēja un tās risku izvērtējums revīzijā.” Autore maģistra darbā analizē maksātnespējas būtību, zvērinātu revidentu pakalpojumu procedūras un finanšu pārskatu koeficentu analīzi. Pētījuma mērķis ir teorētiski izpētīt maksātnespējas procesus jaunā un spēku zaudējušā likuma ietvaros, aplūkot revīzijas procesus finanšu pārskatu pārbaudē pēc SRS, un praktiski analizēt SIA „Kapro” finansu pārskatus maksātnespējas prognozēšanai, kā arī pamatojoties uz pētījumu rezultātiem, sniegt rekomendācijas maksātnespējas problēmu risināšanai, kā arī uzņēmuma darbības turpināšanas principa pārbaudei revīzijā. Maģistra darba pētījuma priekšmets ir juridisko personu maksātnespējas risku izvērtējums. Maģistra darbs sastāv – 3.nodaļām, 12 tabulas, 10 attēli un 6 pielikums, izmantoti 27 bibliogrāfiskie avoti.

The title of Master thesis is “The insolvency and its risk assessment in audit”. The author of Master thesis analyses nature of insolvency, the sworn auditor services and financial statement ratios. The goal of the research is to investigate in theory insolvent legal actions in terms of both, new and ineffective law, to deal with the auditing processes during the audit of financial statements acoording to International Auditing Standards, and to analyze in practice the financial statements of ‘’Kapro’’ Ltd., to project its insolvency, as well as to provide solutions for its insolvency problems based on the results of the research. Master thesis consists of 3 chapters, 12 tables, 10 figures and 27 literature sources.
