Uzņēmuma resursu plānošana un sistēmas pilnveidošana muitas pakalpojumiem ostā

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir „Uzņēmuma resursu plānošana un sistēmas pilnveidošana muitas pakalpojumiem ostā”. Pasaulē arvien vairāk pieaug pieprasījums pēc resursu pārvaldības risinājumiem maziem un vidējiem uzņēmumiem, turklāt prasība ir izmantot pilnu funkcionalitāti, kas ir pielāgojama uzņēmuma specifiskajai darbībai Attīstītās datorsistēmas dod iespēju precīzi regulēt krājumus, pielietojot pareizus analīzes modeļus un vadīšanas metodes. Mūsdienu ekonomika bez transporta nav iespējama, jo, pirmkārt, pasaulē pastiprinās ģeogrāfiskā ražošanas specializācija, izmantojot vietējās priekšrocības ražošanā. Otrkārt, arī lielražošana rada transporta vajadzības. Abas šīs tendences rada nepieciešamību nogādāt preces no vietas, kur tās tiek ražotas, līdz patērētājam, kurš atrodas tālu no ražotāja. Latvijas uzņēmēju vērtību skala galvenokārt atkarīga no viņu izpratnes par uzņēmuma vadības sistēmu priekšrocībām. Tāpēc diplomdarba mērķis - analizēt muitas pakalpojumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus Microsoft Dynamics AX pilnveidošanai. Darba pirmajā nodaļā tiek apskatīti loģistikas procesi, muitas kontrole Latvijas Republikas (LR) teritorijā, kā arī tiek analizēti autotransporta pārvadājumiem nepieciešamie pavaddokumenti. Papildus tam tiek izskatītas muitas funkcijas, tās uzdevumi, kā arī tiek izklāstīts, kā notiek muitas kontrole, iebraucot muitas teritorijā ar autotransportu. Tāpat tiek raksturota Microsoft Dynamics AX sistēma. Otrajā nodaļā tiek aprakstīta uzņēmuma SIA „Rīgas Centrālais termināls” darbība. Šajā nodaļā tiek analizēti SIA „Rīgas Centrālais Termināls” sniegtie pakalpojumi, uzņēmuma struktūra un vadības līmeņi. Trešajā nodaļā analizēts pašreizējais Microsoft Dynamics AX modulis. Šī nodaļa tiek veltīta Microsoft Dynamics AX programmas trūkumu un ieguvumu konstatēšanai, veicot muitas procedūras, kā arī tiek izstrādāti priekšlikumi un modeļi programmas pilnveidošanai. Darbs sastāv no 76 lapām, 22 attēliem, 12 tabulām, 2 pielikumiem. Darbu noslēdz secinājumi un priekšlikumi. Latvian entrepreneurs span mainly depends on their understanding of the company's management system. So graduation goal - to analyze the customs services and develop proposals for the Microsoft Dynamics AX development. The first chapter addresses the logistics processes, customs control of Latvian Republic (LR) in the area, as well as analyzes of road traffic necessary documents. In addition to pending customs functions, the functions and are described, as are the customs control when entering the customs territory of the road. It is also described in the Microsoft Dynamics AX system. The second chapter describes the company "Riga Central Terminal" action. This chapter analyzes the "Riga Central Terminal" services provided, company structure and management levels. The third chapter analyzes the current Microsoft Dynamics AX module. This chapter is dedicated to Microsoft Dynamics AX applications and the lack of benefit determination by the customs procedures, and the production of proposals and models of program development.
