SIA „Aura Auto” finanšu analīze

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir SIA „Aura Auto” finanšu analīze. Darba mērķis ir uz finanšu analīzes teorētisko aspektu pamata, veikt SIA „Aura Auto” finanšu analīzi un salīdzinājumu ar konkurentiem, lai novērtētu attīstības perspektīvas, un sniegtu priekšlikumus SIA „Aura Auto” pilnveidošanai. Gadiem ejot SIA „Aura Auto” darbība ir attīstījusies, būtiski papildināts pakalpojumu klāsts, pieaudzis klientu skaits, kas izmanto SIA „Aura Auto’’ pakalpojumus un ikdienā pārvietojas ar Mitsubishi automašīnām. SIA „Aura Auto” izturējusi krīzi un vairāk kā 20 darbinieku atlaišanu, lai gan pērno gadu uzņēmums noslēdza ar 44,2 tūkst. LVL zaudējumiem, tomēr to jāvērtē pozitīvi, jo 2010. gadā SIA „Aura Auto” zaudējumi bija vēl ievērojamāki – 204,3 tūkst. LVL apmērā. Pirmajā nodaļā izpētīta finanšu analīzes būtība un metodes. Otrajā nodaļā tiek veikta SIA „Aura Auto” finanšu analīze, tiek izpētīts pašreizējais SIA „Aura Auto” finanšu stāvoklis, darbības virzieni, piedāvātie pakalpojumi, kā arī veikta uzņēmuma SVID analīze un salīdzināti konkurenti. Trešajā nodaļā tika pētīta auto nozares attīstība un kopumā dati no 2007.gada līdz 2012.gadam. Darba noslēgumā autors izdara secinājumus un priekšlikumus, kas ir būtiski SIA „Aura Auto” finansiālās situācijas pilnveidošanai. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 56 lappuses, 2 attēli, 10 tabulas un 16 izmantotās literatūras vienības un avoti. Atslēgvārdi: Mitsubishi, Mazda, auto, finanšu analīze, tirdzniecības nozare.

The name of the Bachelor’s thesis is SIA „Aura Auto” financial analysis. The aim of the thesis is to make SIA „Aura Auto” financial analysis and comparison with competitors on the base of the theoretical aspects of the financial analysis, to evaluate the perspective of development and to make proposal for SIA „Aura Auto” improvment. As some years passed, the activity of SIA „Aura Auto” is developed, the number of offered services has grown a lot, as well as the number of clients, who use the services of SIA „Aura Auto’’ and travel every day with Mitsubishi cars. SIA „Aura Auto” has survived during the economical crises with letting go of 20 emoyees, and however last year the company ended up with loss 44,2 thousands LVL, we need to consider as positive, because in the year 2010 losses of SIA „Aura Auto” were much bigger – 204,3 thousands LVL. In the first part of the thesis the essence and methods of the financial analysis was explored. In the second part of the thesis the financial analysis of SIA „Aura Auto” was done, the current financial situation of SIA „Aura Auto” was explored, as well as company’s profile, offered services, the SWOT analysis of the company was made and comparison to the competitors. In the third part of the thesis the development of the car industry was explored and gathered data from year 2007 till 2012. At the end of the thesis the author makes conclusions and preposals, which is essential for improvment of SIA „Aura Auto” finanial situation. The Bachelor’s thesis consists of 56 pages, 2 pictures, 10 tables and 16 used literature sources. Key words: Mitsubishi, Mazda, a car, financial analysis, trading field.
