Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir aktuāla, jo pārejas periodā uz tirgus ekonomiku Latvijā pieaug finanšu vadības nozīme uzņēmumā, kas tiek vērsta uz finanšu stabilitātes noteikšanu, lai saglabātu savu konkurētspēju un peļņu pieaugošās konkurences apstākļos. Diplomdarba mērķis ir uz teorētisko un praktisko materiālu pamata izpētīt uzņēmuma finansiālo stāvokli un pamatojoties uz finanšu analīzes rezultātiem izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma turpmākai attīstībai un uzņēmuma finansiālā stāvokļa uzlabošanai. Veikta uzņēmuma horizontāla, vertikāla un finanšu koeficientu analīze, ka arī aprēķināta bankrota varbūtība. Diplomdarba nobeigumā ir veikti būtiskākie secinājumi par paveikto uzņēmuma analīzi ka arī izstrādāti priekšlikumi finanšu situācijas uzlabošanai. Darbs izstrādāts latviešu valodā, tā apjoms ir 66 lapaspuses, tajā iekļauti 4 attēli, 26 tabulas, 24 formulas un pievienoti 2 pielikumi. Atslēgvārdi: likviditāte, maksātspēja, rentabilitāte, aprite.

This particular diploma thesis is relevant because at the period of changes in the market economy in Latvia, importance of the financial management in the company is dramatically growing and is used to determine the financial stability to keep competitiveness and profitability of the company in conditions of high competition. The goal of this diploma thesis is to analyze the financial condition of the company and provide possible suggestions for the further company growth and maximizing their profits, based on the financial analysis of the company. Horizontal, vertical and financial coefficient analysis of the company have been made, as well as possibility of the bankruptcy has been calculated. In the finishing part of this diploma work all the most important conclusions about the financial analysis of the company and possible suggestions to improve the financial situation of the company have been made. This diploma work is written in Latvian language and it consists of 66 pages, 4 images, 26 tables and 24 formulas as well as two appendices are attached to this work.
