Projekts: SIA "Candleroad" brokeru uzņēmuma dibināšana

Abstract

Maģistra darba temats ir PROJEKTA SIA „CANDLEROAD” BROKERU UZŅĒMUMA DIBINĀŠANA. Pirmā maģistra darba nodaļa ietver informāciju par paša projekta ideju, kā arī tās aktualitātēs informāciju. Otrajā maģistra darba nodaļā ir izklāsta informācija par uzņēmuma “fundamenta” dibināšanu. Trešā projekta darba nodaļa sniedz informāciju par autora izvēlētās nozares attīstības tendencēm pēdējo 3-5 piecu gadu laikā (3.1. apakšnodaļa), kā arī tās perspektīvas turpmākajos 3-5 gados (3.2. apakšnodaļa). Ceturtajā maģistra darba nodaļā autors apraksta uzņēmuma darbības raksturojumu un tā produktu un pakalpojumu klāstu. Piektā nodaļa, pēc autora domām, ir vissvarīgākā šāda veida uzņēmumiem. Jo, pateicoties pareizi izdomātām stratēģiskajām mārketinga aktivitātēm, brokera uzņēmumi spēs izdzīvot tirgus situācijā. Sakumā autors sniedz informācijas klāstu par mārketinga būtību. Sestajā nodaļā ir aprakstīts projekta īstenošanas plāns. Tiek sniega informācija par uzņēmuma projekta būtību un nozīmi. Septītajā nodaļā tiek sīkāk aprakstīts projekta finanšu plāns. Astotā nodaļa sniedz informāciju par uzņēmuma sastopamajiem riskiem un to samazināšanas pasākumiem. Maģistra darbs ir izstrādāts uz 150 lappusēm, datorrakstā, ieskaitot pielikumus uz 36 lapām. Darbs sastāv no 8 nodaļām un 16 pielikumiem. Darbā ir ievietotas 28 tabulas un 7 attēli. Literatūras sarakstā ir iekļauti 58 izmantotās literatūras avoti.

The topic of the Master’s thesis is PROJECT: FOUNDATION OF BROKERAGE CORPORATION CANDLEROAD, which would offer to its clients the possibilities of trading on the financial market, namely Forex market, with involvement of several currency pairs. Author has started to elaborate on the project idea in the end of 2012. Author has found new opportunities and has decided to stop his own trading for a while with the intention of establishing his own brokerage company and offer the same kind of trading services to its prospective clients. First part of the Master’s thesis includes information about the project idea, as well as justification for the idea to be implemented. Second part reveals the information on building the company’s „core”. This part is comprised of 5 small different parts. In third part of the Master’s thesis author gives information on different development trends of the chosen industry during the last 3-5 years (part 3.1.), as well as industry’s prospects in the forthcoming 3-5 years (part 3.2.). In the fourth part of the Master’s thesis author describes the company’s working principles and its products and services being offered. Fifth part, in author’s opinion, is the most important one for such type of enterprises. In case of carefully chosen and well-thought strategies newly-established brokerage companies have high chances of surviving in the current market situation. Sixth part describes the nature and implementation of the project plan and its high importance. In seventh part author continues with the description of the financial plan. In the final eighth part, possible risks and their effective management are explained. Master's thesis is comprised of 150 pages, includes 36 appendixes. Master's thesis has 8 parts and 16 appendixes. Thesis includes 28 tables and 7 graphs. Bibliography list illustrates sources of 58 information that were used to prepare Master's thesis.
