| dc.description.abstract | Diplomdarba nosaukums ir „Uzņēmuma SIA „Studio-Moderna” grāmatvedības uzskaites organizācija un finanšu situācijas izvērtēšana”.
Diplomdarba mērķis ir balstoties uz finanšu stāvokļa analīzi laika periodā no 2008.-2010. gadam, SIA „Studio-Moderna” noteikt darbības efektivitāti, atklāt neizmantotās finanšu rezerves un izstrādāt rekomendācijas finanšu darbības uzlabošanai.
Lai sasniegtu mērķi, tika izvirzīti sekojoši uzdevumi:
1)izpētīt literatūru par uzņēmējdarbības vadīšanas nostādnēm;
2)veikt SIA „Studio-Moderna” finanšu analīzi un izstrādāt ieteikumus finanšu sistēmas attīstībai.
SIA „Studio-Moderna” finanšu stāvokļa analīze tika veikta pamatojoties uz uzņēmuma finanšu pārskata datiem. Izejošie pārskatu dati uzrādīti pielikumā.
Lai uzrakstītu šo darbu, autors izmantoja sekojošus informācijas avotus:
1)zinātniski ekonomiskās literatūras mācību materiālus;
2)interneta resursus;
3)SIA „Studio-Moderna” grāmatvedības pārskatus un citu ar uzņēmējdarbību saistītu informāciju.
Diplomdarba sastāv no 73 lappusēm, 6 attēliem, 8 tabulām un 8 pielikumiem.

| dc.description.abstract | The title of the diploma paper is "Evaluation of SIA Studio-Moderna accounting practices and financial situation".
The purpose of the diploma paper is to evaluate operational efficiency, identify financial reserves, and develop recommendations for improving financial performance of the business of SIA Studio-Moderna. The analysis is carried out based on financial analysis of SIA Studio-Moderna for the period from 2008 to 2010.
In order to achieve the objective, following tasks were proposed:
1) evaluate literature on management and accounting theories;
2) perform financial analysis and develop proposals for improving financial systems of SIA Studio-Moderna.
The financial analysis of SIA Studio-Moderna was carried out based on financial statements. Please find attached financial statements.
In order to prepare the diploma paper, author relied on following sources of information:
1) Study materials on accounting and management;
2) Online resources;
3) Financial statements and other accounting records of SIA Studio-Moderna.
The diploma paper consists of 73 pages, 6 figures, 8 tables and 8 appendices.
