Nekustamā īpašuma tirgus un tā attīstība Latvijā un Baltijas valstīs

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir “Nekustamā īpašuma tirgus un tā attīstība Latvijā un Baltijas valstīs”. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt Latvijas un Baltijas valstu nekustamā īpašuma tirgus un to ietekmējošo faktoru attīstības tendences, un ar dažādu metožu palīdzību prognozēt tirgus attīstību nākotnē. Darbā ir 3 nodaļas, 8 apakšnodaļas. Diplomdarba pirmajā daļā, pamatojoties uz speciālo literatūru, pētītas nekustamā īpašuma tirgus īpatnības, tirgus cikli, attīstības ietekmējošie faktori. Otrajā daļā raksturots nekustamā īpašuma tirgus apskats Latvijā un Baltijas valstīs. Trešajā daļā salīdzinoši analizētas -Baltijas valstu nekustamā īpašuma tirgus tendences pēdējo gadu laikā, kā arī izpētītas nākotnes prognozes un speciālistu ieteiktie pasākumi. Diploma work theme is "Real Estate market and its development in Latvia and Baltic states." Aim To investigate the Latvian and Baltic real estate market and the factors influencing trends, and different methods to predict the market's future. The paper has three sections of eight subdivisions. Diploma first part of the basis of special literature and studied the real estate market, the market factors influencing, the development cycles. The second part describes the real estate market overview of Latvian and Baltic countries. The third part comparatively analyzed in the Baltic real estate market trends in recent years, and also explores future forecasts, and actions recommended by experts.
